She considers it a vital self-care resource that clients can readily incorporate into their daily lives, whether they are new to art therapy or are seeking innovative ideas and perspectives. In her practice, Jessica employs mindfulness techniques, a trauma-informed approach, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to assist clients in cultivating enhanced self-awareness and self-compassion. Additionally, with a bachelor's degree in film and animation, she integrates relevant elements from these fields into her therapeutic work, enriching the therapeutic experience.
