Insurance Accepted

We are a network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO and some Cigna plans

We are an in-network provider group for Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO members as well as other preferred provider BCBS plans (example: Blue Choice PPO and Blue Choice Options) and some Cigna plans.


Since coverage varies among plans, we encourage you to contact your member services to verify coverage. We are also able to check on coverage, co-payments, or any deductible that is part of your plan in order to provide information on out-of-pocket cost. 


While we try to be as accurate as possible when verifying benefits, your fees may change depending on your eligibility and benefits during the date of your sessions. We are able to provide a good faith estimate, and we won't know your exact fee until we bill your insurance and get your explanation of benefits back from your insurance company. 

Investment

We are out of network for any other insurance plan. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Here are some questions for your insurance provider that may be helpful if you choose to use your insurance for payment:
– Does my insurance cover mental health services?
– What is my deductible and has it been met?
– How many sessions per year does my plan cover?
– What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
– Is a referral required from my primary care physician (PCP) prior to starting therapy?
If you choose to request reimbursement from your provider for services, we will provide you with all of the necessary paperwork to submit to your insurance provider.

Below, you will find our current fees for services, effective January 1, 2023 

Individual: $135/55 minute session

Individual Art/Play Therapy: $160/55 minute session

New Individual Intake: $175

Couples/Families: $175/55 minute session

New Couples/Family Intake: $200

Good Faith Estimate

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request or at the time of scheduling health care items and services, to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” of expected charges. 


You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost 


Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services. 

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees. 
  • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. 
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. 
  • Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises

How to resolve your account balance:

We prefer that you keep a credit card on file with us to cover any service fees, co-payments, co-insurance, or deductible payments. These are the ways that you can make a payment or resolve an outstanding account balance with us:

Update your credit card in our secure client portal

You can access your account through https://seasonswithinllc.clientsecure.me/  

You will be emailed a secure link to your account where you can make payments and update your card information. The link is valid for 24 hours and can be used to sign in once. We do not use passwords for our client portal.

We accept Zelle

You can use Zelle to pay an account balance. Please direct Zelle payments to office@seasonswithinllc.com  

We accept personal checks
