What We Do

Our Therapy Practice

We provide individualized and effective mental health care in a warm and welcoming environment to individuals,

Our approach is inclusive, intersectional, neuro-diversity affirming, relational, strength-based, and trauma-informed.

We offer both in person therapy in Oak Park & Glen Ellyn and telehealth to Illinois residents!

Our Process

We help individuals grow their strengths and build their skills in order to face the challenges in their lives.

We do this by focusing on providing a safe therapy space, listening to your concerns, offering creative and expressive therapies, and developing treatment plans together. We regularly review your treatment process with you to ensure that your goals are met.

Our Commitment

We commit to be there for every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
